My name is Julio. I’m a 21-year-old developer and online seller living in Venezuela.
On June 24th, a 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude earthquake struck Venezuela. My home and my family’s home were both severely damaged. Two family members were killed. Two others were injured. One is still missing.
In the days that followed, I did what anyone would do. I spent everything I had on supplies: food, medicine, and equipment that the Venezuelan government simply does not provide. The people here are saving each other. There is no other option.
The problem is that the money I spent was the operating capital for my online store, my only source of income. Without it, I can’t fulfill orders, and without fulfilling orders, the store closes. That store is how I feed myself and support my family. Losing it right now isn’t something I can recover from alone.
I’m asking for $500 total. Not from any one person, a dollar, three, five if you can. That’s enough to restart operations, fulfill pending orders, and keep going. If you can’t donate, sharing this page costs nothing and means just as much.
